We're a small company with only a couple of employees, and we can't be on the phone to answer basic questions or we'd get nothing done all day.


But we are happy to answer your questions by email or online.  We usually tackle them first thing in the morning, mid-afternoon, and sometimes again while watching TV after dinner, East Coast time in the US.


99% of the questions are the same thing over and over, and we've prepared canned responses for most things.  Anything that isn't addressed is a good subject for upcoming blog posts or canned responses.
