We are often asked how to attach LEDs. There are dozens if not hundreds of designs just on Thingiverse for attaching LEDs. For the Prusa, we use this one:

Note that the LED strips are designed to be trimmed, and the default is 2 meters, which is quite long. For those of you with a smaller printer like the Prusa you'll be cutting most of that length.
